Description:
This JIRA needs to handle *ozone admin namespace du* command related issues as
currently this CLI option is not working due to {{ozone.http.policy}} and
{{ozone.recon.http(s)-address}} configs are not set properly.
{{ozone.recon.http(s)-bind-host}} and {{ozone.recon.http(s)-port}} configs
are set already but not being used by *ozone admin namespace du*
