Remove depedency on JUnit4 as much as possible, once all tests have been
migrated to JUnit5. Tests in the {{org.apache.hadoop.fs.ozone.contract}}
package extend JUnit4 test classes from Hadoop, so they will still need to keep
JUnit4. We may need to extract contract tests to a separate submodule to
minimize the dependency.
