## What changes were proposed in this pull request? The flaky test failure rate was around 13%, Added the wait condition for ratis API to finish an asynchronous task updateIncreasingly, The change doesn't solve the problem completely but have a reduction in failure ratio to around 3%. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-6115 ## How was this patch tested? The changes are tested by creating workflow with different combination of splits and iteration to see the failure ratio.
