Since we will be migrating from Hugo to Docusaurus, we will need to delete all
Hugo related components of the site. Since we are planning to re-review and
re-organize all content, we can remove it from this branch and bring it in
piece by piece from the master branch, reviewing it as we go. Note that docs
are not currently tracked in the ozone-site repo.
