Resolution: Won't Fix
The default Docusaurus 404 page actually looks pretty good, and maintains the
header which has links back to valid pages, including the homepage. I'm going
to resolve this as "won't fix" for now, but if someone wants to to try to
improve the 404 page, it can be done with swizzling:
