The function of KeyDeletingService is to asynchronously delete keys/files.
However, there are not many logs recorded at present, which is not conducive to
understanding its operating principle. At the same time, when the online system
fails, it is not easy to troubleshoot the cause.
We can refer to DirectoryDeletingService.
