Description: {{ThrowableFunction}}, introduced in HDDS-9432, duplicates
{{CheckedFunction}} Ozone already uses. Let's replace its usage in
{{OmSnapshotManager}} and delete the duplicate code. On second look, it can
even be replaced by {{CheckedConsumer}}, since its only usage has no return
value. (was: {{ThrowableFunction}}, introduced in HDDS-9432, duplicates
{{CheckedFunction}} Ozone already uses. Let's replace its usage in
{{OmSnapshotManager}} and delete the duplicate code.)
