{{ozone admin container info [--json]}} displays {{ID #<container-id>}} when a
container cannot be found in the system. This may also happen if the container
is in deleting/deleted state but I have not tested that. The command should
instead display an error that the container was not found. Reproed on commit
2ed9f44cc87ec848a5bb5bfa5ed87b14aa784fdf
