Docusaurus build check by default will fail if the website has [broken
links|https://docusaurus.io/docs/next/api/docusaurus-config#onBrokenLinks], but
we should make it fail for [broken markdown
links|https://docusaurus.io/docs/next/api/docusaurus-config#onBrokenMarkdownLinks]
as well.
