"Maybe can add a new subclass for {{PipelineChoosePolicy}} (such as
{{{}NearestPipelineChoosePolicy{}}}) to "sort" the datanode when
{{{}choosePipeline{}}}? This would get a better results."
This will be a useful choose policy so that the pipeline can be closest to the
client during block allocation and writing.
