IMO for solution of replay transaction,
* Need keep last applied transaction in DB as DB flush
* when apply transaction for transaction Index lesser than one from DB, just
return success reply with no-ops (and a warn log of skipping the transaction as
its already applied to DB)
This will help to avoid replay of samething again to DB.
Related to lastAppliedTermIndex update,
* We can just update lastApplied Transaction based on DB flush id (as truth as
applied) only
* can remove any update for lastAppliedTransaction from ratis, can be used to
log warn if different from DB last applied and ratis crosses certain threshold
to notify the difference pending or metrics
* can remove ratisTransactionMap as seems do not have any usages
I think based on this, no other changes required and can resolve the problem as
faced above, and simplify the logic.
