Description:
Recon UI presents datanode "Last Heartbeat" as a full date. It's more useful
for the cluster admin to get relative values.
For example:
2s (for 2 seconds)
5m (for 5 minutes)
Recon server sends a long number to the frontend and the frontend formats it as
a date. We can format the number that the front presents accordingly.
