Summary: Display 'Last Heartbeat' in SCM UI Node Status

It's useful for the cluster admin to have 'Last Heartbeat' of datanodes in the
SCM UI in the Node Status section
The values should be relative for example:
2s (for 2 seconds)
5m (for 5 minutes)
