Description: This task is deprecate
*GenericTestUtils#assertExceptionContains* and use *Hamcrest#assertThat* to
validate exception message. (was: This task is deprecate
*GenericTestUtils#assertExceptionContains* and use *JUnit#assertThrow* to
validate exception and their messages and. *JUnit#assertThrow* provides the
same functionality as *GenericTestUtils#assertExceptionContains* and JUnit is
already as dependency of Ozone.)
