@TaiJuWu Thank you for working on this. LGTM. You might need to resolve merge conflicts between this and https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/5753, depending on which PR was merged first. Also let's try to make the first commit message of the PR to be the PR title (i.e. "HDDS-9946.
