In HDDS-6202, we have removed jmh-generator-annprocess dependency and the
related code (the Genesis tool) since jmh-generator-annprocess is GPL2.0
([category-x|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x]) and it
cannot be included in our releases.
However, it may be okay to include it as an optional dependency (such as test).
The main point is that it must not be included in any releases. This JIRA is to
investigate how to use jmh-generator-annprocess legally.
BTW, there is a recent [email

discussing this issue in general@incubator.
