Description: In OzoneManagerDoubleBuffer, the currentFutureQueue and the
readyFutureQueue can removed by initializing the flushFuture in
OMClientResponse. (was: In OzoneManagerDoubleBuffer, the currentFutureQueue
and the readyFutureQueue can be replaced by only one future.)
Summary: Remove current/readyFutureQueue from OzoneManagerDoubleBuffer
