Awaitility (third-party library) is used 7 times in 4 test classes.
{{GenericTestUtils.waitFor}} (copied from Hadoop) is used in 268 instances.
{{LambdaTestUtils.await}} (also copied from Hadoop) is used by 19 callers.
I think we should replace Awaitility with existing utility methods, and remove
this dependency.
