[~jyosin] ran the following test and verified that snapshots can be read after
key rotation.
Tested the key rotation using following steps :
# Create hadoop encryption key 'hkey1'
# Create volume and bucket with above encryption key
# Create file and create snapshot
# Access snapshot data
# Rollover key using 'hadoop roll hkey1'
# Access snapshot data
# Rollover key through ranger KMS UI
# Access snapshot data
