Use SnapshotId in background services (SnapshotDeletingService,
SnapshotDirectoryCleaningService, KeyDeletingService and SstFilteringService)
rather than snapshotName because it can cause failure in cases when Snapshot is
renamed. Hence it is better to use SnapshotId which is never change throughout
the lifetime of a Snapshot.
