Description:
{{TestOmSnapshotFsoWithNativeLib}} is supposed to run the test with native lib.
But native lib is only available in {{unit (native)}} check. Without the lib,
the test is a duplicate of {{TestOmSnapshotFsoWithoutNativeLib}}.
{{TestOmSnapshotFsoWithNativeLib}} should be tagged as {{\@Native}}.
