[~deveshsingh] can you elaborate on this a bit more? How many small blocks is 
"too many small blocks"? I think this would only happen in the case of 
multi-part upload with small parts, but even then, why should it be a warning? 
RocksDB should be fine as long as the serialized block list metadata is under 
3gb in size.
