I used the steps in
https://github.com/apache/ozone/blob/master/hadoop-ozone/dist/src/main/compose/ozone/README.md#add-ons
to get a local prometheus setup going. The Datanode endpoints were not in line
with the names given to the Datanode containers and lead to those endpoints
being reported as down.
Also, recon was missing from the list of endpoints.
