Currently there is no check for snapshot diff. Similar to
[HDFS|https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/stable/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-hdfs/HdfsSnapshots.html#Get_Snapshots_Difference_Report],
we should check if user has read permission for source and destination snapshot
