missed in an earlier PR to rename the method
DatanodeAdminMonitor#getContainersReplicatedOnNode() to something more
appropriate, like getContainersPendingReplication() as the method only returns
a list of under-replicated and unclosed containers, and not all containers like
the current name would suggest.
