Container scanner is an important mechanism to detect and find potential data
corruptions timely, so that data recovery can be scheduled to recover the data,
to avoid data loss as soon as possible.
Note: Container scanner will consume mainly disk IO resource. Following
properties are supported to throttle the bandwidth used by Container scanner.
