>From recent User experiences it has been observed that issues often arise
>related to cluster health or roles, particularly those of OM and SCM. Here are

Scenario 1:
Recon encounters difficulties fetching the OM/SCM DB snapshot due to issues
with OM/SCM roles. However, the User tends to report a recon issue because of
this. Even though its clearly OM side fault.
Scenario 2:
Upon fetching the full or last fetched snapshot, Recon scans the Snapshot DB's
of SCM and OM. If these snapshots are found to be empty, it may indicate a
problem with data availability or synchronization. In such cases, an alert
should be triggered to notify users accordingly.
Possible Solution:
Implement a mechanism to show a warning message on the Recon UI Dashboard in
case OM/SCM is down or unable to fetch updates from the OM side, or if the
updates are empty.
