While trying to fix a cluster affected by HDDS-9342 on all 3 OMs, we realized
it would be useful to have some mapping between what is in the audit log and
the RocksDB when debugging. We can do this by adding the update ID and object
ID in the audit logs for OM requests that modify namespace objects. Admins who
don't care about these internal details can easily ignore them due to the audit
log's column based format, but they will always be there to help with bugs
related to Ratis apply/replay if needed.
