Description: For crypto compliance the JKS keystore is hardwired in
multiple classes currently, create a configuration option that would be used in
all these places instead. Use the CRYPTO_COMPLIANCE tag for the option to sign
that the keystore types can later be whitelisted. (was: JKS keystore is
