In our docker images we have support for HDFS client as well as some basic
smoke tests for ofs and o3fs. As far as I can see currently these tests are
disabled and we are missing hadoop filesystem dependency in this module.
It would be beneficial to start covering ofs and o3fs with proper tests. And as
the first step we need to add missing dependency to ozone-dist module.
