Our source code repo has more detailed description about using docker compose
to stand up an Ozone cluster. But our user doc on Ozone docker compose is old
and lacking.
Here's the latest developer doc on ozone docker *Compose file with optional
monitoring and profiling configs*

This is the current docker compose user doc.

We should either
(1) at minimum, link from user doc to the source code doc
(2) rewrite user doc, include the README.md as well.
I prefer (2).
