Description: Ozone ranger plugin does recursive listing in unoptimized path
for performing ACL check on a
directory({*}ranger.plugin.ozone.optimized.subaccesspath.enabled{*} is set to
false). This leads to the heap memory bloating up and ozone manager being stuck
in the validateAndUpdateCache method blocking entire ozone before this patch
