Description: Currently
*ranger.plugin.ozone.optimized.subaccesspath.enabled* is disabled by default.
Enabling this configuration would make Ozone ranger plugin to check for
existing policies in sub-directories while performing acl checks instead of
doing a recursive listing which would be a very costly operation in case of a
directory containing many objects.
