Currently in the code, the generation passed in the atomic overwrite API is
named as overwriteGeneration in the proto definition.
Comments on the original PR suggest we should change that to one of:
generation
dataGeneration
expectedGeneration
expectedDataGeneration
This Jira is to decide on the name and then make the code change.
