In a failed build (e.g.
https://github.com/adoroszlai/ozone/actions/runs/9460865332), all the logs in
the failed split will be retained (e.g. all 20 iterations in split-6 were
retained but only 1 iteration failed). It should retain only the failed
iteration(s).
