A requirement to control log files rolling was born. A current implementation
of the slf4j API (reload4j) doesn't support the requirement properly. Hence, a
decision to migrate from reload4j to log4j2 was taken.
Also it make sence to merge log config files (i.e. audit ones) to a single one
and convert the *.properties logger config to an XML one
