[Return] setting is effectively deprecated and the RETURN statement should be
used

Also affects built-in keywords:
* {{Return From Keyword}}
* {{Return From Keyword If}}
For {{[Return]}} it looks like a simple search/replace. The two buit-in
keywords need a bit more work, but are used much less in Ozone.
