OM have audit log mostly for user request. but audit log is required for
internal operation which have impact to system. like:
* startup of OM
* internal request like open file cleanup, purge directory, ...
* and other operation critical for debugging
Debug log have huge amount of logging and logs gets rolled over.
So this is to support mechanism to have another logging – system audit log.
