TestFailureHandlingByClient takes a whopping 9 minutes to run on my laptop.
In particular,
testPipelineExclusionWithPipelineFailure took 2m47s
testBlockWritesWithDnFailures took 1m58s
each of testDatanodeExclusionWithMajorityCommit took 1m43s
It would be great to reduce the execution time of these tests. They don't look
super complex in nature.
