> I had added a comment for checking the hash of the configuration.md that would be generated. But before the first run of this workflow I believe we would require the file to be present initially. I would check the hash if the file exists, and raise a PR if the file does not exist. That way the workflow is not dependent on the initial repo state it is running on in order to succeed.
