## What changes were proposed in this pull request? 1. UpgradePrepare have impact of termIndex and doubleBuffer 2. OMStateMachine need not have startTransaction, preAppend 3. Need remove double doubleBuffer 4. To work with WAL removal with using Raft Log as recovery, and impact to Recon 5. Some TODO for executor for cache removal, cache index generation, throtelling, db error, 6. cache removal for specific tables (earlier based on annotation of response class), this can be based on db tables getting updated 7. partial Table cache optimization for removal case 8. cache reversal on db update failure on distributed node ... ?? 6.
