Currently we are running AntD v4.
Previously AntD v5 was having a transitive dependency for *throttle-debounce*
which was licensed under LGPL.
v5.0.1 for this library has moved to MIT license.
Run a FOSSA scan and verify if we can migrate to AntD v5 to address the
previous licensing issues and also some minor bugs regarding popover and
tooltip positioning that are seen in AntD v4.
