*MetricsSystemImpl* and *MetricsConfigs* are java classes under
[apache/hadoop|https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/ee2e5ac4e419b8b2a9c3ff22d3a170456795e4f8/hadoop-common-project/hadoop-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/metrics2/impl/MetricsSystemImpl.java#L191]
repository. I believe we won't be able to make changes through ozone.

Found a similar issue which was resolved like this.
