Summary: ChunkInputStream should cache the last read chunk.

When reading ChunkInputStream should hold on to the last read chunk to avoid
fetching the chunk all over again if the application or S3G comes back to read
the next range, there is no additional GetBlock and ReadChunk call. Ref:
