A requirement related to containers replication metrics in status info about a
datanode decommissioning appeared.
The output of the command should contain data about:
* already migrated containers (i.e. in bytes/mb/)
* the containers planned to be migrated (i.e. remaining bytes/mb/gb that should
be migrated)
* speed of the containers' data transferring
