Description: In Kubernetes clusters redundance if very important. Using
more then one instance of OM or SCM results in multiple errors. In my opinion
HA modes of SCM and OM should be enabled as described [here:

and here:
[[https://ozone.apache.org/docs/current/feature/scm-ha.html]|https://ozone.apache.org/docs/current/feature/scm-ha.html]
when more then one replica of OM or SCM is configured. But I would like to
discuss if this is the correct way or if there are other solutions for multiple
