Description: ObjectEndpointStreaming#put does not parse the S3 object tags
argument although ClientProtocol#createStreamKey already supported it. (was:
Currently only ClientProtocol#createKey supports object tags during key
creation.
We need to also support object tags for ClientProtocol#createStreamKey and
integrate it to ObjectEndpointStreaming#putKeyWithStream.)
