There are a lot of duplicated SCM proxy provider logic in
* SCMBlockLocationFailoverProxyProvider
* SCMContainerLocationFailoverProxyProvider
* SCMSecurityProtocolFailoverProxyProvider
* SecretKeyProtocolFailoverProxyProvider
* SingleSecretKeyProtocolProxyProvider
It's better to extract the logic to a separate class (e.g parent class).
