Summary: Simplify Ozone docker sandbox deployment

Currently, to deploy Ozone via the {{docker-compose}} command, you need to
obtain directories that have the docker-compose yaml files and associated
configuration files.
This docker quickstart can be further simplified.
Some possible options:
1. A wrapper shell script to download, prepare and run the ozone docker compose
cluster
2. Update the current docker-compose config file to be self sufficient and
remove any dependencies to external files.
