   Flink 1.15.4, CDP 7.1.7 (Hadoop 3.1.1，Hive 3.1.3000)
   
   ### Minimal reproduce step
   
   Hive中建外部表读flink 写入的 paimon表数据，创建外部表的时候报权限错误：

   在Ranger里已配置了如下权限：
